Cannot place sugar cane, bamboo and dead bushes on moss blocks

The Bug

Despite moss blocks being a somewhat of a dirt block and having the ability to have all plants placed on them, bamboo, dead bush and sugar cane cannot be placed on them

Potential Fix

Adding this block to the #minecraft:dirt tag would fix this issue
