Find a Shipwreck

What actually happened was...:
Not find Shipwreck

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /locate Shipwreck

2. go to location
3. Not find Shipwreck

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w16a. After running the /locate shipwreck command, I was provided with the coordinates at which a shipwreck was located. I teleported to this particular place in the world and there was indeed a shipwreck.
