Spyglass is doing wierd stuff when zoomed

When the spyglass is zoomed it's lens and overlay starts changing its size randomly. Sometimes it is too big and sometimes so small that it appears black.

Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
