Dear Mojang Studios,
I don't know if this "bug" already has been reported.
During the testing of a reusable blast proof TNT based sand launcher without water, I used a sticky piston retracting an ancient debris (not destructible by explosions, due to a blast resistance of 1200) to let fall a sand block 1 redstone tick before explosion. Sadly my cannon didn't worked because:
the sand has been destroyed
the sand launcher wasn't reusable because the ancient debris was destroyed.
I retried with a netherite block which is (with obsidian) the most resistant survival obtainable block.
Same result! (It was very confusing when discovered it.)
I emited the theory, that it was the retractation which caused the vulnerability of the block.
I tested it in an independed machine and it confirmed my hypotethis.
It also works when pushing.
I don't know if it's intentional or not.
If not I hope you manage to fix.
Sincerely nietsnie64

mhh... it's not really the same. It isn't explained that TNT proof blocks can also be destroyed and I wan't to explain it as another bug.
But thank you I didn't remarqued it firstly and it's very intresting.

Blocks have a blast resistance of 0 when moving.

Ahh! I understand.
That's a problem
