Tnt does not affect rails

This has only happened to me once, but when I put lots of Tnt minecarts on rails and let the minecarts explode, the rails and grass underneath them didn't break.

Maybe the bug was resolved while I was playing mc, and I coundn't get it to work again. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
