Eternal shine
What I expected to happen was...:
When you shot yourself with spectral arrow you get effect, like you glowing. After few seconds the effect wanish.
What actually happened was...:
When you shot yourself with spectral arrow you get effect, but after time effect has it doesn't disappear (even if you close game). Milk also doesn't help.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shot yourself with spectral arrow.
2. Experience eternal shine
