Amethyst buds and cluster have an unused blockstate. More specifically, it uses blockstate to define if it's glowing or not, however we're unable to change the blockstate without the usage of commands or debug stick. I think this may be a bug, because all of the other "always-lit" light sources don't have that blockstate.
