[MC-223185] Block of raw gold, iron and copper can't be smelted

You can smelt raw gold, iron and copper to their respective ingots. However you can't smelt blocks of raw gold, iron and copper into blocks of gold, iron or copper; which doesn't make much sense

Note: Fixing this for raw copper blocks also requires MC-223152 to be fixed.

It's October 17 2021 and I can't smelt blocks. It says this problem is solved on a couple threads but I'm still having it on my Xbox 360 edition
