[MC-223394] axolotls now spawn naturally in flat world village wells

I was in a flat world (seed 7394224640132927697) when i found axolotls in the village well. The coordanates are -811.424, 6.20000, 661.063

I am not sure what the minimum or maximum axolotls there can be in one village well, but from my experience, I found two axolotls, one lucy color, and one cyan. (names found from here https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Axolotl)
