Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I pucharsed a minecraft realm and, after play 5 mins, i got kicked from my own realm and this message apears me "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

I been trying diferent solutions and dosn't works. 

Can someone help me?

I just want to play the realm i bought, nothing else.
