Inconsistency: Polished Blackstone Bricks does not follow the naming scheme introduced with Deepslate Bricks

Polished blackstone bricks need to be renamed to "blackstone bricks" to be consistent with the new naming scheme introduced with deepslate blocks.

Both crafting recipes require polished variants of the block to be crafted, but only the older block, polished blackstone bricks, has "polished" in its name, and therefore should be edited to be consistent with the new naming scheme.

This is not a duplicate of MC-218826 because unlike that ticket, this ticket aims to rename polished blackstone bricks, not deepslate bricks.
