after giving the glowing effect to an entity. the effect becomes infinite
I write this command: /effect give @e Minecraft:glowing 10
after 10 seconds the entities have that effect
after 10 seconds the entities remain with the effect forever
this bug is also present in the 21w14a and 21w15a version
