[MC-22413] Huge FPS drop using one of the languages with other font on debug screen

At the moment I am using pirate speak as the default text is buggy for resource packs. Upon pressing F3, my FPS would drop from the usual ~80-100 to ~20-30. Checking it with any of the normal fonts has no such issue.

To reproduce:
-Change to a language with the different font (e.g Pirate Speak)
-Press F3
-Observe the FPS drop.

Also text is shifted to the left it seems. Should I create a separate ticket?

Cannot replicate, FPS remains the same when using English or Pirate Speak, and I cannot see the shifted effect, either.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.
