There is a problem with my Launcher that when I click the minecraft Launcher set up, it gets me to the other minecraft launcher but is an old version (1.6.53) and it says that I need to log in but it says its wrong and I can't start to play.

The launcher version and the client version are different. You want the latest launcher version, 2.2.2311.
You should probably be logging in with your email, not a username, unless you know for a fact that your account is unmigrated.
