help my beacons don't work

1.16.5 is the version i'm playing on
anyway
I am making a cool project which requires beacons. and now the beacons with hast II and jump boost II stoped working. i'v tried restarting my computer. yes I do have optifine. i'v tried restarting my game and now i dont now what to do.
can you please help me.

  1. You seem to be using a non-vanilla client. Try replicating the bug with a vanilla client.

and you are also using old version of minecraft, try it on the newest snapshot.

Can you reproduce this on the latest version when using no mods (including optifine)? Please also attach a picture of your beacon setup.

Hello. i am now on the newest release of minecraft and i tried no mods and that didnt work.

According to the screenshot you are getting the effects

yeah but it doesn't work. the hast II doesn't work. it doesn't make me mine faster

Can you post video of you mining stone with that haste II effect using arm?

I dont know how to take a video of it
