Floating natural plants overlap on lakes

Something went wrong with the generations, they are floating on lakes generations, if I place it near the plant, it gets destroyed see the screenshot 

There appears to be floating plants, there's a chance of a plant overlap on lakes

Some lakes can have plants floating on it which is weird

this report already got enough information to reproduce
