[MC-224459] Loading a custom biome from a Buffet world causes issues

Use the datapack, create a new Buffet world, use the minecraft:birch_flower_forest and see.

Not only it lags the world for some reason, it also calls the biome an ocean.

@unknown but it doesn't happen for me with certain biomes. It happens in all custom biomes.

It might be a different issue then, I also came across this when I tried to use a custom biome as a buffet world but I thought it was [MC-197616].

It is no longer possible to create Buffet worlds, can you still reproduce this issue in the latest version 1.21 regardless of that?
If so, please attach an updated datapack to the issue.
