[MC-224723] Villagers in the plains biome have pathfinding issues when attempting to become armorers

Whenever an unemployed villager in a plains village tries to become an armorer they stand in the corner of the armorer's shop and walk into the side of the cobblestone arch over the blast furnace and failing to make contact with said blast furnace and become an armorer
