Fireworks are not affected by the fog from powder snow or lava when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting

The Bug:

Fireworks are not affected by the fog from powder snow or lava when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of powder snow by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~10 ~40 ~10 minecraft:powder_snow

2. Give yourself a firework rocket by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:firework_rocket[minecraft:fireworks={explosions:[{colors:[I;12801229],shape:"small_ball"}],flight_duration:1b}]

3. Launch the firework rocket while inside of the powder snow or lava and watch it closely as it explodes.

4. Take note as to whether or not fireworks are affected by the fog from powder snow or lava when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.

Observed Behavior:

Fireworks are not affected by the fog from powder snow or lava when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.

Expected Behavior:

Fireworks would be affected by the fog from powder snow or lava when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.
