Error in method of using the inventory

1. I have problem with Minecraft recording I am using OBS and full Radeon software from RX 5700 XT graphics card. The recording of OBS is only black screen, no image is recorded, no sounds of the game can be heard, only just what I am saying. The Radeon software has no sound as well, other than me and there is a red Mojang logo instead of a recorded image. Is this a problem with my PC/hardware/software or do I need to buy something else?

2. I haven't changed any settings in my inventory hovewer not all functions of the shift key works. Items do not change places. example Taking an item, e.g. 64 dirt, when I click it, I take 32 at once. and I can't put one piece back by right-clicking mouse key. I tried to record the problem but I did not succeed because of the number 1. I checked with my friends and it works properly on all of these guys, i.e. you can put one piece out of, for example, 32 held, to an empty field, and for me it is impossible at all and on their game, if I have a 32 pieces holding i can swipe along empty fields in inventory and put one at the field each time. On my game I cannot do so. please help
