I made a Minecraft World and went Mining. After going back to the Surface i found this. This is a single Player World, No creepers had the chance to explode. My chests remained untouched.
I have no clue why that happened. I rebuilt the slabs. the rest is how i found it.

That's with f3. I'm sorry for using demo account. I use Slicedlime's Vanilla Worldgen Datapack, but i change the mountains.json (and other mountains biome) "scale" quadruples times. Everything else is remains untouched. For the seed, the seed is 145, but the overworld (and other dimension) seed is 0 (see attachments).
