[MC-225239] {warning:possibly its a feature i didn't know}Diamond and netherite hoe instantly mines wood blocks

Diamond hoe and netherite instantly mine wood logs and other lower-level hoes mine logs very fast faster than diamond axe except for stone and wood which are about as fast as an iron axe.
Is this a feature or a bug?
note: when I upload the screenshot understand my mods DO NOT EFFECT IT.they are reskinning mods that reskin mobs.

Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.
