[MC-225351] Oak, dark oak and acacia stairs are not grouped with other wooden stairs in creative inventory

Oak stairs remain grouped with cobblestone stairs even after other wooden stairs were addded.

Dark oak and acacia stairs added in 1.7 are in a separate group rather than being grouped with other wooden stairs, while crimson and warped stairs added in 1.16 are grouped correctly.

Issues related to creative inventory sorting for items added before 1.16 are not considered valid at the moment.
