[MC-225362] The Block of Emerald is separated from other mineral blocks in creative inventory. (recrated)

Hi, I am reporting this bug again because it was wrongly resolved as a duplicate of MC-1797. However, MC-1797 is in state as RESOLVED, so this bug ended up as duplicate but didn't fix. Please, keep this bug report as opened, or open again my older report (MC-223173)for this issue. Thank you forward.

Bug basically describes, that Emerald Block isn't properly grouped with other mineral blocks in creative inventory (you can take look at the photos).

To clarify, the "Resolved" status does not mean that they fixed the bug. For the outcome of the bug, see Resolution. The resolution, in this case, is Invalid because it is technically not a bug strictly speaking, although they acknowledge the order is confusing. Also, items added in or after 1.16 can be reported as a bug; Emerald Blocks however were added much earlier.
