[MC-225412] Shift Key not working for dismounting horses/minecarts/boats & crouch, but works when taking things out of the chest

I can't use the shift key when dismounting a horse, boat, or minecart so I've got stuck in them with no way out unless a player breaks the boat/minecart or the horse goes in water. I can use it just fine when holding down shift when using chests though. It doesn't matter if I change the shift key to another key- those functions still don't work, and the new "shift key" doesn't work when using chests, but shift does.

Have you tried using the shift key on the other side of the keyboard?

I've tried changing the shift key to the right and left side (I play ambidextrously) and I get the same results. It doesn't matter if I change key to any other key (I've tried many), it's just the same issue.

If this bug is specific to me... how do I fix it? Is it just a matter of uninstalling and reinstalling? If that is the case... what will happen to my games?

This is still an issue for me, is there anything I can do to fix it? I haven't seen anyone else have this issue so I can't copy their solution.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. With that being said please could you provide some screenshots or videos of this problem occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled?
