The clone command no longer clones the "powered" value of a lightning rod

The Bug:

The clone command no longer clones the "powered" value of a lightning rod.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Use the /clone command to clone a lightning rod whilst it's powered.
→ ❌  Notice how the clone command does not clone the "powered" value of a lightning rod.

Information:

This was not an issue in 21w18a. This also seems to affects the use of the /fill along with the /setblock command, as these can no longer be used to setblock/fill a lightning rod with [powered=true]. This ticket blocks MC-225079.

I believe this is an intentional change that is made for the fix of MC-225079 and MC-203718 rather than a bug.

Since you are able to use the clone command to copy the tilt value of a big dripleaf, I'd definitely consider this as a valid issue.

Can confirm as of 21w19a.

Because MC-224205 is not fixed yet.
