New worlds generated in the 21w19a snapshot do not generate any ores. I started a new world and could not find any ores anywhere, so I generated a new creative world to investigate to see no ores at all when clearing dirt, water, stone and deepslate. Also no dirt blobs, gravel blobs, andesite blobs, or granite blobs
