Endermite not spawning

Cannot Reproduce

I was making a farm and the endermite wont spawn I throwed more than 40 ender pearls and still nothing, I'm going to still try if the endermite chance is 5% I should already get it but I didn't get it yet.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w20a. After throwing around 13 ender pearls, an endermite spawned.

I am also unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17 Pre-release 3.
