Non-waxed oxidized copper blocks drop as an item when mined using a wooden pickaxe or golden pickaxe, even though all other types of copper blocks require at least stone tier to be mined. This is because these blocks are not included in the #needs_stone_tool block tag. Blocks that are less than fully oxidized or that are waxed are not affected.

I created the separate report: MC-225978.
I decided to look at needs_stone_tool.json and I noticed that all of the non-waxed weathered copper blocks are listed twice. This probably means that the second listing of non-waxed weathered copper blocks was supposed to be the non-waxed oxidized copper blocks, but a copy-and-paste error occurred. Should I create a separate report about the non-waxed weathered copper blocks being listed twice, or is this comment sufficient?
