[MC-226424] when a lightning strikes is infront of water the water doesn't render behind it

How to reproduce:

create a superflat world like this minecraft:bedrock,minecraft:water;minecraft:plains

look positve x and run this command

/summon minecraft:lightning_bolt ~1 1.00 ~
