Minecraft launcher Eternal Grey Screen

Hi, so my launcher has been having the issue as listed in the summary. no matter how many times I run the repair or reinstall it will not go away. sometimes it works just long enough for me to log in and run Minecraft but most of the time it will be a grey screen

Additionally, it does not seem to register i have webgl active
