Fences do not connect to dirt paths

WAI, as grass paths are not a full block.

This is likely intended, however, I can confirm. Also affects 1.17.1.

Can confirm in 1.19.1.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
