Can't play minecraft 1.17 snapshot

I wanted to play the snapshot and pre-release of 1.17, but when ever I try to open the game on these versions I get an error that says: Error: A JNI error has occurred, pleas check your installation and try again. I have tried re installing java multiple times and it does nothing I have also searched on the internet to see if someone has solved the problem, but whatever they do won't work for me. I really want to test out the new versions but I can't go past 1.16.5. Ps this does not affect any other version of the game else than the 1.17 snapshots to 1.17 pre-release. I am using windows 10 and have also tried using something like Multi-mc, but it won't do anything. (Sorry for the low resolution on the videos I have attached). Thx for the help it still won't work with my launcher, but it now works with Multi MC so thanks for the help.
