[MC-226864] Shaky vision while riding horse diagonal on stairs.

I was riding my horse up some andesite stairs, and I started going diagonal a little bit. my vision was shaky, and if I looked in third person, my horse looked like it would get stuck on a stair, and I would keep going, and then the horse would teleport to me.

@unknown the errors would show up in the logs not the chat also judging by the video in MC-100830 and the video here they both describe the same issue. Therefore like @unknown said this is a duplicate of MC-100830 also just because a bug is old doesn't mean it doesn't affect the game anymore

Kyle, @unknown is right. Your bugs are the same. The bug has been around for a long time but that doesn't mean its irrelevant.
