So I had a stack of crafted jukeboxes in my inventory, then I placed 2 or 3 of them, then mined them and they didn't stack with the rest of jukeboxes. When I drop placed ones or not placed ones then they still won't stack but when I drop them at the same time they will connect back to one full stack
