[MC-227023] My endermite (named and in a minecart) despawns everytime I leave for more than an hour

My endermite for my enderman farm keeps despawning everytime I leave for more than 30 mins (unconfirmed) But it vanishes from the minecart when I go back. So i assume it despawns. It definitely doesn't get killed because everytime i'm there nothing damages it (except my armor)

How did you summon the endermite?

I think this post cannot be considered invalid, The natural spawned edermites with name tag shouldn't despawn (as any mob with name tag).
