[MC-227061] When Riding a pig, falling and holding a carrot on a stick, repeatedly spamming on and off the carrot on the stick may cause the pig to unexpectedly move upwards

1. Spawn a pig at a high platform
2. Place a saddle on the pig
3. Get a carrot on a stick
4. Ride the pig off the platform
5. Repeatedly hold and stop holding the carrot on a stick as fast as possible
6. Sometimes, the pig will unexpectedly move upwards
