[MC-227080] Java 16 builds crash or fail to start

Builds of Minecraft since 21w19a are unplayable despite having the new requirements met, failing to start or crashing before gameplay begins.

I have included the most recent crash logs for reference if this is the result of a known issue that affects more users.

UPDATE: I have sought help from Minecraft Community Support and after intensive troubleshooting, they believe it to be worth pursuing further here.

Any assistance in getting 1.17 to run before it rolls out in full force will be appreciated.
