Started raining underground in the jungle
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to hear the rain, but not see the rain fall in a completely enclosed mine
What actually happened was...:
Started getting the rain partials when a thunderstorm started even though I was at y=11
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make it thunder while in the jungle?
Environment
Windows 10, Java.

The same rain effect appears when weather is just raining. Seems when I move to Jungle_Hills the rain effect goes away if Jungle is not apart of the current chunk.
