Hello, I have the problem when I want to look into my recipe book, it logs me out of the server, no matter which recipe book I want to open

What version are you playing on, and if any, what mods. And what version is the server on, and if any, what mods.
So you aren’t in vanilla Minecraft
That means this report is invalid becouse your Minecraft is modded
