When an internal exception error pops up it usually either means your wifi connection is having issues,
If ya don't believe your wifi sucks then I recommend attempting to disable Windows Defender Firewall and see if it works from there. Or to be safer, just allow Minecraft through Windows Firewall in which you have to find and scroll to find "Java Platform SE Binary" and ticking private.
