It is what it says in the title. I create a world in any snapshot, as soon as I appear in the world I go into spectator mode, or I dig down, and i cant find the new caves.

The new world height and cave generation is only available in the second part of the update (1.18), releasing in the holidays. To try the new generation in the current snapshots, you have to download a datapack.
