Phatom charged crossbow is real. I just charge my crossbows like everytime. And one day it started - only the last one realy charged, another crossbows are only illusion of charged. BUT it has medicine - repleace crossbows in your inventory and they will actually charged(NOT pleace it in bonus hand - show the truth also if you drop it or use.)
