i cant change my skin

so, starting, i just dont know what happen, one day i want to change my skin, and when i try, the game said "it was not possible to change the skin", and then i tried many times, and the game said the same thing, i tried too uninstall the game and the game still saing the same thing i've done everything butv it didnt work, so i dont know what to do.
