[MC-227805] Axolotls look up and down constantly

When I spawn axolotls with a spawn egg, the axolotls look constantly up and down. This happens when the gamerule randomtickspeed is set very high.

Edit: they have also magically all turned into babies and turned brown

I can't seem to reproduce this issue in 21w42a. Since axolotls have had some changes made to them since the release of 1.17, may I ask whether or not this issue still occurs?

I forgot to add that this bug only occurs when the randomtickspeed is set very high. I don't know if it still occurs though.

The bug is sort of fixed. The axolotls do not go up and down like in the video, but are still moving weirdly due to the high tickspeed, like any other mob. So i'd say this bug is fixed, while the tickspeed bug is still there.
