After downloading and opening the Minecraft 1.17.jar server file to host a dedicated server, An error on install occurs, prompting with an error message of " Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again" inside a Java Virtual Machine Launcher error window - This is a fresh install of the Minecraft 1.17 dedicated server .jar file. as well as completely up-to-date version of Java. Any help or solution to this problem would b appreciated. Thanks.

Windows 10 Home 64bit, java version 8 update 291 (build 1.8.0_291-b10), 16gb ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700f CPU @3.00GHz 3.00 GHz - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - Nvidia Driver Version 466.63
