[MC-228025] Head turning left while passenger in boat

I was playing on a server with my friends and while I was the passenger in a boat my head would turn left without me touching my mouse. This is in the new 1.17 release.

Duplicate of MC-134339, which was later resolved as "Cannot Reproduce".

I don't know the conditions needed to recreate this bug, but I have also experienced this issue while a passenger of a boat during the 1.17 development cycle.

Did the server that you were playing on happen to be using any modified server software, for example, Bukkit, Paper, Spigot, etc...
