Déjà vu

I was inside a cave, killed a spider and a creeper near a bat, placed some torches and clicked in "Save and close".
When I reopened the game, the spider was attacking me, there were no torches, the bat that I killed accidentaly with an arrow when trying to kill the creeper was alive and the creeper was in the same place.
