What was supposed to happen was the game when loading a new world or when loading a game on a server it crashes or the fps drops and the chunks don't load.
What I expected to happen was the world to load and be slightly slow to begin with but still be able to move around and play the game as normal and the game on any server to load and be able to move without lagging or with only a bit as chunks load.
What actually happens is it lags as soon as the world starts to load in and does not get better with time, I can barely move around and chunks barely load its the same with being on a server and joining a game.
I have done everything any website such as planet minecraft has suggested but there has been no prevail.

My f3 debug folder doesn't actually seem to exist, I followed the instructions and no debug notifications appeared or the link to the folder. I only know that you get this because I asked my friend to do it on their minecraft and it worked fine. Could this be the cause of the lag? It only shows what in my minecraft or was previously when I used to mod my game. I also attached an image of my chat settings so you might be able to see if I have anything there to stop me seeing the notification.

Could you then while having a world open please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/]
) here.

That doesnt seem to work either however I can get crash reports how I showed you previously through the files.

If you have an existing crash report for 1.17 you can attach it instead.
Also, could you please try creating a separate "Installation" in the launcher? Maybe some of the old mod files is interfering with the game.
Follow these steps:
In the launcher open the "Installations" tab
Click "New installation"
Specify a "Game Directory"; ideally use a new folder, don't use
.minecraft

There's been no crash report for 1.17 and separating the launchers somehow made it worse?

I don't think we can help you here much more then. We do not have the resources to provide you with technical support. Please contact Community Support for assistance.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
While the lag occurs, please press
F3
+L
once, then wait a short moment or pressF3
+L
again in order to create a rendering debug profile.Afterwards, please attach the generated
.zip
file containing the profile results here. The file path is shown in chat; the file can be found in[minecraft/debug/profiling/<DATE>.zip|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/]
