[MC-228374] F3 screen numbers are using arabic locale numerals

Hello, i face this bug that the numbers after Block, Chunk are in arabic.

my minecraft language is in english and my pc language is in english, i tried changing the game to arabic and changing it to english again but nothing changes, i re-opened the game but nothing changes.
